Each row aggregates the full lead funnel for a whitelisted team member: leads they sourced on Instagram → leads they DMed → leads that converted to paid clients → deliveries created → USDC paid on HD unlocks. Pending payout shows the 50% cut owed — settle by sending USDC on Base to the user's wallet (you collect email/wallet off-ledger for now). A user only appears here when they've either sourced a lead or had a delivery created from their lead.
